Featured Character Vita is the only daughter of Abasi and Zalika, and therefore their heir. Despite being female, Vita was trained by her father to make sure she could prove to everyone that she would be a fine queen. As a young adult, she was betrothed to the second Prince of the Kaskazi Pride, Crown Prince Chane's younger brother.
